IMMIGRATION INTO THE UNITED STATES.

According to Pew Research, the population of the United States would have expanded five decades from now, owing primarily to increased immigration into the country.
There will be no white race in the United States; all races will be numerically equal. The white demographic would be proportionate to the other races.
One in every three Americans will have an immigrant relative, up from one in every four currently. Immigrants will control the workforce of the United States for the next 50 years. If this projection is attained, it will change the face of America. For instance, it will change the pattern of the electorate.
1. Pros and cons of having immigrants in the United States.
Some of the advantages of having immigrants in the united states is that they contribute to the growth of the American economy, they come to the united states to look for jobs and therefore contribute to the grow and development of the united states economy.
This immigrants are very willing to take all kinds of jobs, so they take jobs that other Americans consider of low standards like cleaning the toilets.
The immigrants also pay the United States government taxes, they contribute to the revenue of the United States.
Some of the disadvantages of having immigrants in the United States of America is that some of them take part in illegal activities that can cause the country the lives of the American people not to mention the destruction of property that comes along with it. The immigrants also take the jobs that Americans should be having, they are more aggressive and willing to take any job that comes their way even at lower wages.
2. What should be done about illegal immigrants?
Coming into the country illegally is breaking the law, but you can’t deport every single illegal immigrant out of the United States of America. So the best thing to do is to take a look at the timespan that the particular immigrants has been in the united states, the illegal immigrants that have been in the country for more than five years should be given full citizenship, the rest should be deported and if they want to come back to the country, they should follow the right legal procedure.
4. Syrian refugees as immigrants into the United States.
Following the Syrian war that began in 2011, the Obama administration gave chance to 10,000 refugees into the United States. Unlike the Mexican immigrants, most of these Syrian immigrants are legal in the United States. Most of the Mexican immigrants are illegal in the United States and they pose the major immigration problem in the country.
The demerits of having Syrian immigrants into the United States is that it can contribute to insecurity and terrorist activities.
