Townsville community’s demographic, epidemiological and social data were sourced online from credible sources searched via the Google search engine. “Townsville’s demographics” was used as the keyword when searching demographic and social data. The demographic and social data was sourced from Australia Bureau of Statistics website. The data on obesity distribution in Townsville was sourced online from the Australia Institute of Health welfare (AIHW). The keyword used was “Townsville obesity.” An online source documented by Riley provided the statistics of obesity distribution among adults and how it rose between 2007 and 2015. Besides, it highlighted how the proportion of adults adhering to bodily fitness activity course of action was worsening. A journal documented by Darby et al. was also used to obtain data on the rising prevalence of obesity in Townsville.
