Through her education and social life, Winfrey learned various skills, which played a critical role in her success in different fields. In particular, Winfrey is an entrepreneur who runs various businesses in the USA. Also, Winfrey hosts several programs in the mass media sector in the US thus enhancing her influence among the Americans and other parts of the world.

In particular, Winfrey’s excellent communication skills contribute significantly to solving her client’s problems thus increasing the latter’s satisfaction (O’Connor, 2012).
