Our Subscription Plans allows you to have access to both at the same time to improve your study experience.
You can control the amount of questions you would like to sign up for and you get the Sample Base as an added bonus.
You do not have to use up all the Expert Questions. You can just enjoy and use the Sample base for the Subscription period.

To Pause a subscription you need to Log In into your personal Account, go to ‘My Purchases’ and click ‘Pause subscription’.
Or, you can contact our Support Department and they will assist in with the process.

This option has several benefits over cancellation:

• You will not get charged while the Subscription is on pause.
• All your details and Subscription preferences will be saved and all you will have to do to renew the Subscription is Resume it in your account.
• The price for your Subscription Plan is locked in and will not change while the Subscription is on pause.

Resuming your subscription:

• A paused subscription will resume automatically once the pause period (noted when you pause the subscription initially) is over.
• You can also manually resume your paused subscription whenever you want to. Just go to ‘My Purchases’ and click ‘Resume subscription’.
• If you resume manually, you will be charged as usual.

To cancel a subscription you need to Log In into your personal Account, go to ‘My Purchases’ and click ‘Cancel subscription’.
Or, you can contact our Support Department and they will assist in with the cancellation.

If you cancel, you can keep using the subscription until the next billing date.
You can also pause your subscription at any time.
If you have a free trial, be sure to cancel before billing begins, so you don’t get charged.

If you find inappropriate content, you can flag/report it by going to the content page and clicking the ‘Report’ button and selecting the reason why you’re flagging it. Then hit Submit and our Support Team will review the issue within 5 business days.
You can also contact the Support Team directly and notify of the issue.

You will still have access to all the answers you received from our Experts.
Sample Base and Expert Q&A Archives can only be accessed with an active Subscription.

To change your email, you need to:

1. Log in to your personal account
2. Go to ‘Settings’
3. Find the ‘Your email address’ field
4. Type in your new email
5. Click the ‘Save Email’ button
6. Wait for the conformation email to be sent to your new email address

To change your password, you need to:

1. Log in to your personal account
2. Go to ‘My Settings’
3. Find the ‘Change Password’ field
4. Enter your current password
5. Enter your new password
6. Click the ‘Save Password’ button

Deleting your CleverrUp account means your personal profile, saved information and ordered content will no longer be available. Maybe you want to ‘Pause Subscription’ or ‘Cancel Subscription’?

If you want to delete your account, you need to log in to your personal profile, go to ‘Security&Payment’ and click ‘Delete account’.

*Be sure you have no active Orders or Subscriptions before deleting your account.

We accept any of the following payment types:

• MasterCard
• Visa
• CleverrUp Credit Balance

*We don not allow split payment, and we don’t accept personal checks or money orders.

While the ‘Pause period’ is in progress you will not be charged for anything.

Once the Pause period is up you will be charged as usual.

If you would like to submit a Money Back request for any of the services you have ordered, please contact our Support Department and they will guide you through the procedure.

To subscribe to our Extended Sample Base and get access to saving and copying the contents, you need to have a Basic or a Premium Subscription plan.

All you need to do is choose a plan and fill out a short form to create your account. You can do that here.

To have the ability to copy and save any of the Samples you need to have a Basic or Premium Subscription. You can upgrade your Subscription plan here.

With the Free account you can still enjoy reading the limited variety of samples.

Yes, all of our samples are original pieces of work, which are provided by eager students or our Experts.

With the Premium Subscription you are free to look over and save any amount of samples you want. Just make sure to save them for research purposes and study guide purposes only.

If you find a copyright issue with the presented content, you can flag/report it by going to the content page and clicking the ‘Report’ button and selecting the reason why you’re flagging it. Then hit Submit and our Support Team will review the issue within 5 business days.

If you need more questions to be answered, you can subscribe to our Basic or Premium plans and get the option to ask 5 or more questions.

With the Basic Subscription plan you get 5 answers per month.

With the Premium Subscription plan you get 10 answers.

You can become one of our amazing Experts by filling out an application form and going through the screening process. You can do that here.

You can use our Expert Q&A Archives and search for the questions that have already been answered. You can search by keywords and required categories.

Expert Homework Assistance is the ability to get a professionally custom made study guide for you to follow without having the 1×1 calls and chats.

You just need to tell us what you need help with, and one of our Experts will conduct research on your behalf and write out everything you need.

You may use the information provided by the Expert as a base to complete your own research, write your own work and/or use in class as a reference.

It takes you to an Order Form, where you fill out the required information for one of our tutors to help you with. You indicate which question you have, or which topic or task you need assistance with.

You also note how much of the study material/content you require as well as in how much time you need all of it done.

Once done, you ‘Submit’ all the information and pay.

After that, we find you the perfect Expert, who will prepare the research and write everything out. When done, all the information the Expert prepared will be sent to you via e-mail.
